Have you found an Everley item you simply must have? Great!

Select your preferred colour and/or size and click ‘Add to Cart’.
Feel free to continue shopping — you can always return to your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.

Please note: Items in your shopping bag are not reserved.

When you're done shopping, it’s time to complete your order. Click the shopping bag icon in the top right to view your Everley items. On the next screen, you can still adjust quantities if needed.

Then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
This will take you to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on one simple page.

Important: Once your order has been placed, it can no longer be modified, as it is processed immediately to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Everley covers all shipping costs. This means you pay no shipping fees.*
Return shipping costs, however, must be paid by the customer.

2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, all items are shipped with Track & Trace. You can follow your order via the order status page — the link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note that it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Everley aims to deliver products as quickly as possible. If you place your order on a working day before 3:00 PM, we aim to process it the same day.

Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, which means the average delivery time is 10–15 working days.

4. I’M NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY — WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (or Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a notification from the courier, which will also include the pickup location.

If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, which means there is only a small window in which an incorrect address can be corrected.

If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address — but you have not received it — please notify us.

A formal investigation with PostNL can be initiated 14 days after the stated delivery date. We will keep you informed throughout the investigation process.
