Returns & Exchanges
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email us at info@everleyofficial.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may return eligible items to us within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Please note that certain products cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons once they have been opened, worn, used, washed, stained, damaged, contaminated, or once the hygiene seal, protective liner, tags or original protective packaging has been opened, removed, broken or tampered with.
This includes, but is not limited to:
● underwear
● leakproof underwear
● shapewear
● shaping garments
● lingerie
● intimate apparel
● any product that comes into direct contact with intimate areas, skin, hair or the body and is no longer suitable for resale for hygiene reasons
● any other product that is clearly marked as hygiene-sensitive on the product page
Hygiene-sensitive products may only be returned if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and if the hygiene seal, protective liner, tags and/or original protective packaging remain fully intact.
Once your return has been received and approved, you are entitled to a refund for the eligible returned item, excluding the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping costs, express shipping costs, priority processing fees, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable, unless a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, worn, washed, damaged, contaminated, or are not in their original condition.
This policy does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly delivered or non-conforming products.
How to Request a Return

● Please download, print, and complete the return form if you have not done so already. You may request the return form via the form below.
● Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@everleyofficial.com by email.
● After receiving approval, ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all conditions listed below.
● Clearly mark "Returns" on the outside of your package.
● Use an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
● Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@everleyofficial.com

Return Conditions & Guidelines
● All returned items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
● Hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened, worn, used, washed, stained, damaged, contaminated, or once the hygiene seal, protective liner, tags or original protective packaging has been opened, removed, broken or tampered with.
● Underwear, leakproof underwear, shapewear, shaping garments, lingerie, intimate apparel, cannot be returned.
● We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping for voluntary returns.
● Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
● All return packages must be shipped with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
● Ensure your return form has been approved — returns without approval may not be processed.
