Returns & Exchanges
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email us at info@everley.shop so we can resolve the issue for you.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return

● Please download, print, and complete the return form if you have not done so already. You may request the return form via the form below.
● Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@everley.nl by email.
● After receiving approval, ensure your return is securely packaged and meets all conditions listed below.
● Clearly mark "Returns" on the outside of your package.
● Use an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
● Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@everley.shop

Return Conditions & Guidelines
● All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
● We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
● Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
● All return packages must be shipped with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
● Ensure your return form has been approved — returns without approval may not be processed.
